So ... adding all of the PSTs to a single Outlook profile, then using free
desktop search program to index them all at once is a problem? Why?

Subject: [ExchangeList] Need a way to search 200+ PSTs

I am doing some data recovery and research for a client and have recovered
over 200 PSTs files, both existing and un-deleted. Now I need to search all
of the PSTs for some keywords. If the PST contains those key words I then
need to copy those e-mail to a separate PST for the lawyers, in addition to
saving the original PST.

Anyone know of a good free or cheap way to do this, mainly just the
searching part? Opening each PST in Outlook, indexing it, then searching it
really isn't an option.

I know this can be done with e-mail arching products that archive PST data
to SQL but this is overkill and cost prohibited for this project.
