NNTP service returns an error code

I'm trying to restart the NNTP service and I get an error that says:

The service has returned a service-specific error code.

Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

I look in the Event log and only notice an event that says that the NNTP
service has started. I don't see any kind of errors recorded. Any ideas?
