NNTP Newsfeed Problem

 dear sir , i have two exchange servers in one 
organization in two different routing groups
when i configure each one as nntp that host newsgroup
it works fine but when i configure newsfeed as
master/subordinate between then one of only accept
news
from master it won't work localy and local newsgroup
also
