[ExchangeList] NDR's

Hello,
I have a customer who is running SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 and ISA
server 2004. She has people trying to send her emails from certain
domains and they get bounced back with the following ndr's:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: RE: Call Group 400 Wsbro Member
Sent: 10/4/2007 9:39 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
jXXXXXXX <mailto:jmclaughlin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> on 10/4/2007 9:39 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.

OR

The strange part is sometimes emails do get through from these clients.
Sometimes they do not. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.
