NDR 5.4.4 after implementing routing group connector

Hi Gurus,
We are in the process of implementing routing group connector as part of
our migration plan. one of our remote site ojc.edu have a routing group
connector ( 2 way)configured to our hub site ( CCCS.edu).
But some of the messages ( not all) are undeliverable with 5.4.4 ( means
next hop cannot be find )
Why is this happening? Does not make sense !
