Multimedia Messaging

Hi everyone,

                I sent out a request about Multimedia Messaging and if
anyone is using it on Exchange 2000.  I have noticed an issue once
MediaPlayer9 was installed my ability to send out multimedia messages
fails or playback multimedia message embedded in the Outlook client
fails with an error message that the error statement:
         
        Error Details window appears:
         
        Windows Media Player cannot play the file
        because the specified protocol is not 
        supported.  In the Open URL dialog, try
        opening the file using a different transport
        protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").
         
        Where might the Open URL dialog window located?  Is this Outlook
properties or MediaPlayer9 properties....  I can not find this anywhere
in the knowledgebase or google searches.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
