Moving the Offline Cache file in Outlook 2003.

Hi all
Does anyone know if and, if so, how to move the offline cache file created by
Outlook 2003. You could put OST files virtually anywhere. If you cannot do this
with the Outlook 2003 cache I most ceryainly ahve users who will not be able to
upgrade. I consider this a major failing if so.
