Make sure you replicate all your Systems folders to another server
before deleting the first server. Thats your Free/Busy, Events Roor,
etc. You can View the system folders fro a list. To rehome the Public
folders, just create a replica in teh other server and give sufficient
time to replicate.

I am trying to move exchange 2k from one server to a new one.
How do I rehome the public folders over to the new box? Also is their
anything else that I need to rehome before shutting down the 1st
