Moving Exchange 2000 to a different server

Hi,
Currently I have Exchange 2K installed on my domain controller. I know
this is not the greatest way of doing it, but I did not have another
available server and it was working ok. Now that I purchased a new
server, I would like to move my Exchange 2K to the new server. What is
the proper procedure of doing so? Could you explain in details?
