Move mail Box option not displayed

I'm in the process of moving my current NT Multi doamin system to a new
w2K / Exchange 2K single doamin. The New doamin is up and running (for
some time know) I have run forest prep / Domain prep /ADC and installed an
Exchange 2K server into the existing Exchange 5.5 site. All was working
fine with the options available to move mailboxs avaialable. I added
another exchange 2K server to the mix to move users to yesterday. The
install seemed to go fine It shows up under the Organization with the
other servers. When I now go in AD users and computers and select Exchange
Options the only ones available are create mailbox and remove mail box.
My setup for all W2K servers are Sp4 and all current critical patchs, with
Exchange 2K SP3. The E5.5 org has sp4. The last server I tried to
install Exchange 2K to was a non domain controller server joined to the
domain.
I checked Microsoft and the only thing I came up with relating to this is
when the Exchange server does not show up under the organization.
Any help in figuring out what I did wrong would be appricated.
