After you modify a form you must republish that form for the change to take
effect.

i am not into it really.

but what i think the problem is that you are actually using a template
and you can design a form.

Now the valuse that you are trying to modify is on the template. Which
obviously can't be changed

since when you use a template, it is in readonly mode. So if you want to
change those values, you need

to open the template itself in editing mode.

ANyone, am I correct? it is just a guess.

Subject: [exchangelist] Modifying Public Folder Templates

http://www.MSExchange.org/

We have a number of templates in public folders. If I go to, for
example, "Drawings" public folder and then "action/new drawing request"
the template opens up. I can then go to "tools/forms/design this form"
enter the password and get in to the design interface. If I then go to
"view code" I can make changes on the VBA code and they take. But if I
try to change the interface, for example the values in a drop down box,
the changes don't take effect, they only take effect on the instance
that is open and not on the template.

Any guidance greatly appreciated.
