i am not into it really. but what i think the problem is that you are actually using a template and you can design a form. Now the valuse that you are trying to modify is on the template. Which obviously can't be changed since when you use a template, it is in readonly mode. So if you want to change those values, you need to open the template itself in editing mode. ANyone, am I correct? it is just a guess. If I go to, for example, "Drawings" public folder and then "action/new drawing request" the template opens up. I can then go to "tools/forms/design this form" enter the password and get in to the design interface. If I then go to "view code" I can make changes on the VBA code and they take. But if I try to change the interface, for example the values in a drop down box, the changes don't take effect, they only take effect on the instance that is open and not on the template. Any guidance greatly appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: dhaval@xxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
