Migration to exchange 2003 frm 2 exchange organisations

Hi All,

Could somebody list me the essential steps to migrate to exchange 2003 frm
2 exchange organisations with one organisation having exch cluster.

For eg: I have two exch org named 
1) revenue
2)dfa

Note:
I have read some articles and understood that move server wizard will not
work.
