Migrating from Exchange 2000 to 2003 using new hardware question

If I upgrade my Exchange 2000 to 2003 using new hardware will I be able to
change the new 2003 Exchange server name to the original Exchange server's
name? I want to keep the existing name of my Exchange server. Can I
possible change it after I get threw moving mail boxes over and unhooking
the old Exchange server? Please help.
