That wouldn't be a good idea necessarily.  Best practice would be to
introduce a new server with 2003 and the ADC and move the data over to the
new server.  Plenty of documentation on the good/bad/ugly of upgrades on

In Place upgrade is not possible. You will have to upgrade to 2000 and then
to 2003
