as explained the new environment has no users setup (thats why my poist is

I can create whatever domain I like.. the new site is not yet setup. The point
is I want to plan a way either through migration tools or otherwise to take the
AD users and recreate them at the new site.. Exchange data migration can come
after that.

well I dont think its going to be 40K budget so I think this software is out of
the question. But any other suggestions would be great (migration tools user
creation tools, AD backup and recovery tools that will work in this situation
etc..)
