Migrate mails from Exchange 5.5 to 2K

I am using a MS Exchange Server 5.5 at the time in my company, but i am
going to migrate to MS Exchange Server 2000 (A new installed Server) with
a new domain. I want all the emails (each receipents) migrating to the new
server.  How can i do that for all the mailboxes on my server?
