Is your Exchange server capable of resolving to a DNS server?
What happens if you go to your Exchange server, open a command prompt and
type:

Telnet mail.exchangetrainer.com 25

How can i track or check that exchange2k is sending emails? when i look at
the queue there are lots of emails waiting to be delivered.
