No rule. She has no clue how to set one up. I looked around, no folder
is getting populated with new email.

Are you sure this user does not have a rule running that is moving them
out of the inbox?

One of my users is connecting with OWA to read her emails.

For some reason, the emails are disappearing. I connected as her, and
could witness her inbox losing messages, going down from 33 to 16 in a
matter of two minutes...

None of the emails received today are there...

Very frightening.

Is it an automatic archive? Where is it set, and how can I reimport all
her emails?

She needs all the emails in her inbox to stay.

Thanks!
