The issue is not that this user exceeded 500 open objects but rather I cannot locate this user! I've queried this user in AD as well as through ldp. Had our AD guy also double check and cannot find this user. Any other ideas to track this down? cn=user89352117 Mapi session "/O=American Red Cross/OU=ARCHQ/cn=Recipients/cn=user89352117" exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type "objtFolder".
