Managing IIS SMTP queues

Hello all!
I have a front-end for my Exchange Server that uses IIS SMTP for mail
filtering and virus checking.
I've been searching for a way to manage my IIS SMTP server's queues.
Sometimes I need to cancel delivery of a message, or just check out how
things are going.
Is there any tool that can help me?
