I've had some good recent success with Mailenable Standard Edition.

Doubtful you'll find anything cheaper or free that integrates into
Exchange. There is free software that does not require Exchange and
does not require Unix/Linux (for one example, google: Mercury server).
You may wish to examine why you want it integrated with Exchange.

Has anyone found any good mailing list software that works with
Exchange? I've looked into Reddfish, but it is a little pricy ($500).
Most inquires I've made about this suggest that I bite the bullet and
use majordomo on a UNIX box, but I don't relish the idea of supporting
another OS. Currently I'm using a program called Arrow, but it has a
history of being flaky. Thanks.
