It seems that you have not enable the filter check box on the SMTP VS . Just
pull the properties of SMTP VS and go to the IP Address Advance .

I've done that but incoming mail from mailing list still not blocked.
Is something wrong ?

Open the Exchange system manager. Expand the Global settings. Right
click and go to properties in Message delivery. Click on Sender
Filtering tab and add the mail address you want to block.
Eg:@*hotmail.com*
At the bottom select Drop connection check box.

Dear All,
I'm sorry if this question is silly.
I'm using Exchange 2003 Server Enterprise Edition in Windows 2003 Server
and using Trend Micro IMSS for scan incoming and outgoing mail.
My company add a new policy to block incoming and outgoing mail to
mailing list such as yahoogroups.
Can somebody help me to block emails coming from yahoogroups mail.
