Why wouldn't you want to use mailbox manager for deletes (assuming you didn't have to archive them)? Or you can delete emails with certain dates or archive them. Be sure to archive only emails, I made the mistake of archiving everything and allot of people's contacts dissappeared or "evaporated" as they put it. Also be sure to get sub folders as well. G'luck.
