I believe he means that he wants Exchange to automatically erase messages
that are more than X days olds.

I.E. inbox messages aging limit 7 days. If a message sits in the inbox for
more than 7 days, Exchange erases/deletes it.

Can anyone please tell me how to setup different aging limit for
different folders like inbox, sent items etc of different mailboxes from
the server itself.
