Mailbox ProblemHi Luke

If all else fails you could backup the contents of his mailbox to a PST file 
delete his network account and recreate all from scratch then import the 
contents. Not ideal or a number of reasons but it is almost guaranteed to get 
him and working quickly. 

What are the errors displayed etc? Have you checked in the mailbox rights that 
he has

  I have a user who cannot access his mailbox - nothing in the event viewer to 
indicate why he cant access it.  OWA doesn't work either.  I've checked in ESM 
and his mailbox is there and contains data.

  I'm running E2k SP2 on a W2k SP3.  No other users on the server are affected.
