Mailbox Manager Email Notification

I have been receiving the following email from my Exchange server...
The Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager has completed processing mailboxes
Started at: 2004-10-09 00:14:55
Completed at: 2004-10-09 00:14:55
Mailboxes processed: 0
Messages moved: 0
Size of moved messages: 0.00 KB
Deleted messages: 0
Size of deleted messages: 0.00 KB
What bothers me about this is the time - it looks like nothing is happening. Is
this something Exchange automatically sets up and if so, how do I get it to
work right? If Exchange is processing mailboxes, it's not doing anything.
