Scenario

E2K SP3, W2K SP3, OUTLOOK 2000 no SP.
Problem
======
When the Maibox Manager run, it send to user a report with the deleted itens.
But , Exchange Server doesn't clean some mailboxes because my policy don't
apply to all users.
It's working proppely , but I would like that when Exchange server doesn't
clean any mailbox, it doesn't send to user a report.
By default it send report , always.
