[ExchangeList] Mail not being delivered to one mailbox

Dear All,
I have exchange 2000 with PopCon to download mails from external pop
accounts. Everything is working fine. But exchange is not able to deliver
mails to one of the mail boxes. All emails being sent to that mailbox are
being queued under SMTP on local delivery. What could be the issue?
