The only way the mail will leave the Outbox folder will be when you click on the Send/Receive tab on the Outlook menu. With that action, the mail will leave the Outbox folder immediately and then go to the email recepient. Any information on why the email does not leave the Outlook folder immediately will be apprecaited. Thanks.
