Based on what you said why don’t this users enable a rule to specify that this email from the linux app is NONE JUNK. Also add into the safe senders list.

Hi,

 

We have Exchange 2007 and users are using Outlook 2007. One of user is using Linux on which he has application installed, that is sending emails to users. Problem is that when application sends emails to users on exchange, it goes into Junk E-mail folder on the mailbox. Where as none of the user has any rule for this.

 

Please help!
