Make sure exchange can contact the clients over all the required RPC ports.  
New messages need a certain UDP port open.  Is your exchange server on a 
different network than your clients?

Hi all,
I'm using exchange 2000 with outlook clients, problem is: 
In outlook/inbox, some of all mails are not showing but if we select
folder other then Inbox and then select back the inbox folder all mails
are available there.it's happening on regular basis but sometime we don't
see any problem.

Pls give me any soln.
