It might be because of how you route your email-do you have a content checker or third party virus scanner for email? I had that problem once because I was forwarding all my mails to a spam checker first before delivering to the mail boxes and sometimes, especially when there are a lot of spam caught, there were unbearable delays in mail delivery.
We are using microsoft exchange 2000 on windows 2000 server with service pack4. We are facing some mail delivery delay to local users. Some user getting mails in delay almost one to two hour late.
Please suggest if anyone can help in this regard.
Thanks in advance,
