would try would be to use Telnet to connect to the
servers you are having problems sending to using port 25 (SMTP) and try
to manually send a email to the person.

The following Microsoft web page tells how to use telnet to test SMTP
communications. Try to telnet to the server you are having problems
sending email to.

I am facing a problem since last week , i am unable to send mail to some
domains. I have checked my ip , it is not listed in any of blocking
lists. Following are the error logs which i recieve very frequently.

Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged [my server's ip 11.11.11.11]>

            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
