You will need to run the Mailbox Cleanup Agent and then Purge the
mailbox via Exchange System Manager if you do not want to get the data
anymore, by default Exchange retains deleted mailboxes for 30 days.

As per management i deleted one user account from the Active Directory.
We are running windows 2003/Exchange server 2003.
My question is i am still seeing his account on mailbox under system
manager. Still i am seeing his id on address book. I updated my address
book. I am running outlook 2003.
How to delete completely from the system thanks for all your help
