[ExchangeList] Mail Bouncing from a Distribution List

Hi,
I have exchange 2003 server. There are few distribution lists, all of them
are working fine. But when I try to send mail to a particular DL named as
sales, mail gets bounced back after one or two days of mail sent.
Error message given in mail is as follows:-
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test mail.....
Sent: 5/24/2006 12:01 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
SALES on 5/24/2006 12:01 PM
Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified.
Please retry or contact your administrator.The MTS-ID of the original
message is:c=US;a= ;p=mo;l=EXCHSRVR2003-060524063122Z-21
