Subject: [exchangelist] Mail Block in Exchange 2003

We have blocked incoming mails from yahoo, rediff...etc etc...
using message delivery in the system manager.

Is there a way where we can block even the outgoing mails to yahoo
...etc etc. using the some facilities in the Exchange 2003

 Thanks in advance
