I've been looking for anywhere about black list and I didn't find our IP on it.
I'm really impress to about MSN using Yahoo, but I'm pretty sure that this is
true, because I started to sending messages last month only with MSN support,
after that they connect me directly with this account.

I had that same problem. It ended up that MS Black listed our IP. I
had to go through our ISP who contacted Microsoft, to get any help. MSN
would not help at all. MS response was that in a certain time period they
received a ton of spam from us ( 80% of the mail that they received from us
). Their algorithms automatically put us on their black list. It is supposed
to last for 24 hours then switch you back to their white list. How ever we
were blocked for several days.
Microsoft suggested that it may be a student running a program for
spammers. I have looked into this and found new articles referencing
mailsafe.exe. http://www.newsfactor.com/perl/story/20871.html Apparently a
new tactic to pay college students $20 a month to run the program. Not to
sure on it though. I did look at my fire wall logs to look for bursts of
traffic too msn.om but did not find any.
Msn.com email server smtp-gw-4.msn.com [207.46.181.13] you should be able to
telnet to port 25 it.

Please whatever I need to do to fix this problem I'll but please let me know
what kind of test of information I need to provide to you, because I can
send messages to the almost whole entire world, just MSN.com cannot receive.
Surely that is a problem, that I don't know, and I desperately needs your
help on this, because, I assume that everyone that has MSN account are free
to receive messages from us ( Education Institution).

OK, here's the fix..... have each of the msn users sign into
www.hotmail.com. After signing in click on Options, and on the Options page
click on Mailing Lists and enter the e-mail address of the person sending
the bulk mailing.
