Tim,

I'm sorry but I think that you misunderstand me. I'm the network
administrator of this university, and since I month a lot of faculty and staff
and also students are trying to send messages using our Microsoft Exchange 2000
SP3 and they cannot because they are receiving this messages:

contact your administrator.

and I cannot telnet MSN.com 25 to test sending messages, because I have the

Microsoft Windows 2000 [Version 5.00.2195]

C:\Documents and Settings\administrator.CAMPBELLSVILLE>telnet mns.com 25

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please whatever I need to do to fix this problem I'll but please let me know
what kind of test of information I need to provide to you, because I can send
messages to the almost whole entire world, just MSN.com cannot receive. Surely
that is a problem, that I don't know, and I desperately needs your help on
this, because, I assume that everyone that has MSN account are free to receive
messages from us ( Education Institution).

OK, here's the fix..... have each of the msn users sign into www.hotmail.com.
After signing in click on Options, and on the Options page click on Mailing
Lists and enter the e-mail address of the person sending the bulk mailing.

This mail routing issue should be fixed soon. If not already. Send a test
message to someone with an MSN e-mail address, and if it bounces back then
forward it to me.
