Have you installed active directory connector and configured connection
agreements? Posting the actual error message might help.
You may also want to change the subject of the post.

Hi friend
I have just started migrating from Exchange 5.5. To exchange 2003 all the
process went through smoothly. But now I have got struck up with moving the
mail box from exchange 5.5 to 2003. I am getting an error failed move a mail
box. I have around 400 mail boxes to move. I am in badly needed of you help
to come out of this problem.
Please help me if any one of you knows
