Lotus NOtes to Exchange 2000 migration - Help

Hi all,
I am new to exchange and we are planning to migrate 10,000 notes users to
MSExchange 2000. I was wondering if anyone can suggest me mail migration tool
which could migrate user's lotus notes mail database to exchange 2000 retaining
the same folder structure & also migrate encrypted emails with in their lotus
notes mail databases.
