Check to see if your client using handheld devices such as Palmpilot. If
they delete messages in the palmpilot, it will synchronize with Exchange
server and remove it to deleted folder.

There is no  pst for outlook client just mailbox itself.I also suspect that 
anotherone can download the mails from other machines and i change the users

password but still mails are lost.Ý check there is no alternate reciepent.
