Expand the Mailbox Store and then right click over Mailboxes run the Mailbox
Cleanup Agent first.

Back again... Exchange 2000 Sever, and though I'm logged using the
administrator account, though I can delete the Active Directory user
through Active Directory Users and Computers. Over in Exchange System
Manager when I right click on the mailbox I wish to remove, the option
purge is not available. Would appreciate some guidance as always, thanks
in advance.
