Log on Problem

Dear All,
 
I need little guidence from u,
the scenario is like this
i have installed Parent and child doamin with different subnets
Installed Exchange on both the servers unders on organization.
Now when i am trying to configure outlook express for administrator of child 
domain, it says U DONT HAVE PERMISSIONS TO LOG ON TO YOUR DEFAULT E-MAIL 
FOLDERS.
Intially i am not able to log on to domain with Child Domain, so i have given 
log on locally permission and able to log on.
Plz clarify me
