More specficially, offline defragmentation will reduce the size of the
database, i.e. you need to dismount the store and run eseutil with the
/d switch.  Also, one hopes that Exchange 2000 Enterprise Edition is in
use here, otherwise the 16GB limit of Standard Edition has been reached
(or is about to be).

Hi 

 I Have exchange 2000 server installed on win2000 server with 80 mail
boxes all of my users have there own pst's on there machines.Exchange is
installed in D: drive (space of drive 17 gb)now the real problem goes
here when I checked the MDBDATA directory it shows me the size 16gb how
can I reduce the size.

 Your earlier replies will be appreciated.
