Hi Ian What I did was I started with a high size say 200 Mb for everyone and as time goes , you educate your user by sending them reminders and archiving their emails . Reduce the size weekly or monthly, Obviously you'll have those exceptional users . It worked for me. An architectural firm or service bureau would need to send larger messages than for example an investment group, so what works in one environment wouldn't work in another.
