License Informartion on E2K

hi,
i need some help about E2K.
when installed, i'm sure choosing per server license (both e2k and w2k), but
when i see in event viewer there error event about the license. it says if the
e2k license is per seat for e2k and per server license for w2k. so i always
get this error. how to solve this ? i've try to change it from license
manager, but my e2k won't work if i do from per seat to per server.
any help will appreciate.
