First of all please refrain from using CAPS because it's consider as
being rude, and that your YELLING ad everyone. We can hear you nice and
clearly. :-)

Second in a ideal world you should have some means of testing your
backups, another server or machine which is not being used that is not
on the same network, that you can restore your backup on and test that
it works 100%??

Statistics show that 25% out of 100% of businesses that fail to backup
their data can carry on with their day to day operations and survive
their crash, while the remaining of companies; 50% go bankrupt within a
months time, while the other 50% go bankrupt within a years time. Ask
yourself this, is it really worth it no have some means to test your
data??

IF I TOOK THE BACKUP , YES IT WILL REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE MDBDATA FOLDER
ON THE LOG.

BUT I HAVE THE SOME QUESTIONS REGARDING THAT , HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT
, THE BACKUP WHICH I TOOK IT IS WORKING PERFECT, NOT DAMMAGED OR NOT
CORRUPTED??

I MEAN , IF THE BACKUP SIZE FOR EXAMPLE IS 5.2 GB, HOW CAN I MAKE SURE
THIS BACKUP IS IN CORRECT WAY, NOT DAMAGED . ? CAN I KNOW ?

With my best wishes,
