Just tell them in order to access any Microsoft product they need to use
Microsoft Software to do so. One thing I find about Macintosh people is
they are very ignorant when you tell them you have to use a Microsoft
product to do this operation, they tend to get snotty and want to use
their own method.
Firefox is still pretty new, I doubt they have made it 100% compatible
with the net yet, including OWA. You can download a PC version of
Firefox and try it out yourself, but I think you should repeat the
message to them; use INTERNET EXPLORER. Hehe
Honestly though if they were listening to me I would report them to my
boss who will know how to take care of the matter.

Hi
I have a user that wants to access their work mail from home with OWA,
but their home pc is a Macintosh and running Mozilla Firefox. They are
repeatedly being asked for authentication when ever they click any where
in OWA.
Any one has users using Firefox? And fixes?
Have told them to use MS IE.
OWA is published through ISA Server.
