What you could do is implement Message Archiving, take a look at
www.4mcts.com/downloads/howto1.pdf and this will explain how to
implement it.

Is it possible to read messages as they are going through exchange
sever? If not is there a history or log to find out what the workers are
sending and recieving? Is this set up by default? Somebody please help.
